announced. During these years the business fluorished
in Noida at an
unprecedented pace owing primarily to its Infrastructure,
peaceful and pollution free surroundings,well developed
markets,planned expansion and development. This
increased activity in real
estate buying and selling
was accompanied by mushrooming of a large number
of Property dealers and Real Estate agents.
Some with dubious character and dealings. Ignorant residents(both
buyers and sellers) and newcomers to city were cheated
and the so called real estate houses
thrived on hard earned money of their customers. |
